- Retiro: This district is almost entirely composed by the Parque del Retiro, one of the most significant parks in the Spanish capital. These gardens have their origins between 1630 and 1640.
- Arganzuela: The most popular neighborhoods of this district are Legazpi, located in the southeast district, home to the Madrid Planetarium and the IMAX at the park Enrique Tierno Galván, one of the most important parks of the capital; Delicias, with several interesting buildings, especially some industrial architecture, and Atocha, which covers a wide area from Lavapiés to the Atocha train station and from there to Huertas.
- Salamanca: This district, which borders the Paseo de la Castellana, Alcalá, María de Molina and Francisco Silvela, is known as a wealthy neighborhood where some of the most luxurious shops of the city are located.
- Chamartin: District of the municipality of Madrid, at the north of the capital, which now houses some of the most important headquarters in Spain. Among its attractions, you can find the National Auditorium of Music, the Museum of Natural History, the Museum of the City, the Parc du Canal de Isabel II, and the Stadium of Real Madrid, Santiago Bernabeu.
- Tetuan: Tetuan district is highly heterogeneous, both architecturally and socially. Because of its location within the city, its good communications and the commitment of the local government, the district is experiencing a period of revitalization and redevelopment.
- Chamberí: This district is administratively organized into six districts: Gaztambide, Arapiles, Trafalgar, Almagro, Vallehermoso, Ríos Rosas. The architectural interest of this district lies in the extraordinary abundance of modernist buildings, Gothic and Neo-Mudejar reliquaries that neighborhood.
- Latina and Moncloa-Aravaca: Latina is a district whose name is often confused with another district called "La Latina", located in the historical center of the city. Moncloa is a district with a large area of green zones such as the Casa de Campo park which is considered the main lung of the city.
- Carabanchel and Usera: Carabanchel is a historic district, the most famous thoroughbred of the city of Madrid. It is located between the M-30 and M-40, it is near the city center, about 15 to 20 minutes far by public transport. On the other hand, Usera is a district created in 1987 and composed by the Orcasitas neighborhoods, Orcasur, San Fermin, Almendrales, Moscardo, Zofia and Pradolongo.
